- Now take the dark chocolate add warm it a little in a microwave add some fresh cream and butter to form a smooth chocolate sauce. Now take the cake mould Place half of the mixture. Spread it evenly. Keep it in the fridge for 30-40 min till it sets. Now take out the cake mould from the fridge. Spread some chocolate sauce evenly.



- Now spread the ice-cream. Again spread the remaining layer of the mixture on top of the ice-cream spread it evenly. Again spread the rest of the chocolate sauce.



- Decorate it with gems. Now keep it in the fridge for atleast 5-6 hrs. For best results overnite.
